Description
Enjoy this luxurious 2 bedroom apartment newly remodeled and completed in February 2008. It is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of a classic Haussman Building of “Pierre de Taille” in Rue Berthollet. The apartment will easily host 4 persons (family or 2 couples).

From the large windows and the balcony facing west, you will enjoy a complete view over the convent (built in the 18th century) and its garden across the street as well as the Eglise St. Jacques du Haut Pas built in 1620. From the living room and the bedroom, you can access the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset over the roofs of Paris. You will also be able to take a relaxing breakfast with an authentic Parisian croissant on the balcony.
The shops located nearby the building will provide you with all delicatessen required to taste real products from French Cuisine.

You can easily walk from here to the picturesque Rue Mouffetard street Market, where you will find great shopping, restaurants and cafes. You could also walk around the Jardin des Plantes or go to the nearby St-Germain-des-Pres located in the 6th Arrondissement.
