This 270 sqft studio apartment, fully refurbished in 2007, is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, (4th US floor) of an early XXth century building, one step away from the amazing food stores of rue de Bretagne and a few blocks away from some of the most remarkable Marais monuments (Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, Place des Vosges...).
The apartment contains a well equipped living room with a very comfortable (and easy-to-handle..) sofa bed, a dining area with table for 4 to 6 people, and cable TV (with CNN International and BBC World) with DVD player.
A "night corner" has been installed in an alcove, with one queen size bed (which can be turned into two twin beds according to your needs). A curtain can be closed between the "night area" and the living room area in order to give more privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, fridge, small freezer, hot plates, dishwasher, fridge, micro wave, oven and combined washer-dryer.
A shower room is located at the entrance of the apartment.
Free DSL wifi Internet is available as well as free calls to landlines in the US, UK and several other countries. All related instructions, as well as operating instructions for household appliances and our best addresses in the neighborhood will be listed in a file at your attention in the apartment.
The closest metro station is "Filles du Calvaire" (line 8) and there is a velib parking just accross the street. Bus 96, with a stop in the street, will take you to the left Bank (St Michel, Place St Sulpice...) within 20 mn.

The apartment is located just a few blocks away from the Carnavalet museum, the Picasso museum and the historic center of the Marais which includes the Place des Vosges and the Rue des Francs Bourgeois.
Rue de Bretagne is the market street of the neighborhood and is home to the Marche aux Enfants Rouges, one of the oldest street markets in Paris. The street is also home to 2 supermarkets, 2 butchers, 2 green grocers, a cheese shop, pastry shops, a great wine shop and cafes. All that you will need for La Vie Quotidienne is within a few blocks.
