"We had a wonderful 5 days at 13 Beranger. There were 5 of us staying there and it worked well. For a Paris apartment it is extremely spacious and comfortable. Having the lift in the building is also an advantage for those with heavy suitcases!
The apartment is in a good location, close to the railway station for the Eurostar and very close to place de la République and the main tourist attractions. Having the Marche des Enfants Rouges close by was also great as it felt like you were more living in Paris than just visiting. Situé au nord du Marais, au 2è étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble de la fin du XIXè siècle, l'appartement est constitué d'un vaste salon /salle à manger très lumineux, avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée, et de deux chambres doubles disposant chacune de leur salle de bains. L'une d'elle peut être aménagée soit avec un lit double soit avec deux lits simples selon vos besoins.
Les caractéristiques d'origine (parquet, moulures) ont été autant que possible conservées et restaurées lors de la rénovation, ce qui confère à l'endroit énormément de charme. Grâce à sa belle hauteur sous plafond l'appartement bénéficie d'une excellente luminosité.
La cuisine, ouverte sur l'espace salon/salle à manger, est entièrement équipée : évier, lave vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, four micro-ondes , réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélation, blender, grille-pain, cafetière électrique, presse-agrumes et bien sûr tous les ustensiles de cuisson nécessaires et de la vaisselle ancienne.
Une grande table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes vous permettra de prendre vos repas en famille et même de recevoir vos amis à dîner le cas échéant.
L'espace salon est meublé d'un mélange d'ancien et de contemporain. Un canapé lit très confortable et simple d'utilisation fait face à un très beau meuble de métier chiné aux puces sur lequel vous pourrez vous installer pour consulter vos emails ou rédiger votre courrier. La télévision, dissimulée dans un très beau meuble ancien également chiné, vous donnera accès à de nombreuses chaînes françaises et internationales. Un lecteur DVD est également à votre disposition dans le salon.
La première chambre est située sur rue. Elle est néanmoins très calme, en particulier le soir où le trafic est quasi nul. Vous y trouverez de grands placards réalisés sur mesure, un lit double de 160 cm et des chevets anciens. Elle est dotée d'une salle de douche privative avec WC.
La seconde chambre, sur cour, est également dotée d'un grand dressing et dispose d'une belle salle de bains privative avec WC. Cette chambre est également équipée d'un téléviseur.
Internet haut débit est accessible en wifi dans tout l'appartement. Vous pourrez également téléphoner gratuitement depuis la ligne fixe vers de nombreuses destinations dans le monde. Vous trouverez toutes les informations nécessaires à ce sujet, ainsi que toutes les instructions d'utilisation des appareils et nos bonnes adresses dans le quartier regroupées dans un classeur à votre attention dans l'appartement.
La station de métro la plus proche est située à République. Elle vous donne accès à de nombreuses lignes (3, 5, 8 et 11) vous permettant d'accéder facilement à de nombreux sites touristiques dans Paris (Concorde, Bastille, Opéra, etc...). Une station Vélib se situe également au bot de la rue, sur la place de la République. Enfin les bus 20 et 65 (place de la République) vous emmènent en 10 mn Gare de Lyon.

Si vous avez des enfants, vous apprécierez la proximité du Square du Temple, situé à deux pas de l'appartement. Vous trouverez également deux boulangeries et un grand supermarché Monoprix à 2 minutes à pied.
Le week-end, nous vous recommandons d'aller flâner rue de Bretagne, à cinq minutes à peine, et de vous perdre dans les aller du marché des Enfants Rouges, où vous pourrez également vous installez pour un brunch...
Le dimanche nous vous recommandons de traverser la place de la République en direction du Canal St Martin donc l'accès est interdit aux voitures jusqu'à 18h. Vous y trouverez de nombreuses boutiques, cafés et restaurants et vous pourrez déambuler le long du canal et même y pique-niquer aux beaux jours....
